Hi,
First time iPhone user. Switch to Xfinity Mobile and got a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I'm told I should be able to use visual voicemail but when I am on the Voicemail tab in the Phone section all I see is a box that says "Call Voicemail". Did I miss a step or something to get this feature up and running?

Hello, thanks for the reply. I've already tried everything on that page and contacted a tech at Xfinity Mobile. We erased the phone and tried to set it up but it never gives me a chance to set it up. It might have to do with me coming from Verizon Prepaid and them transferring my voicemail account over. Verizon Prepaid doesn't have visual voicemail so maybe by default I don't get visual voicemail after the transfer? I'm just lost as I'm being told to contact the carrier and the manufacturer back and forth.

I never heard of “transferring my voicemail account” between cellular carriers. Undoubtedly that is a significant part of the issue.
