Cannot longer connect to airplay speaker

About a week ago I bought an Airplay 2 ready speaker, Harman Kardon Citation 500, I bought it because it has a lot better sound than a soundbar, to be used as a TV and music speaker on my bedroom, the only thing I watch on Tv on my bedroom is Apple TV 4K, so since it’s AirPlay 2 ready I thought it would work, and it did, I could go to Settings/Video and Audio/Default Audio Output, and select my speaker from there and deselect Tv speakers, and all audio will come out of that speaker. I haven’t used it until today, I tried doing the same, but I cannot longer select the speaker from there! I don’t know if my AppleTV updated or something, but it’s not available at all!

I can select it if I hold the “Home” button on the remote, the one that appears like a TV screen, and then choose AirPlay/Bedroom Speaker, but that only works when watching a movie or listening to music, not for the menus, etc... it’s a minor inconvenience, but I want to know if this was by design? Or is it a bug? Or something? Maybe they now only support their own Apple speakers?

Anybody else having this issue? Or similar problem with AirPlay and speakers?

thanks for any reply.
