Grainy Camera MacBook 2020

Hello,

I purchased a MacBookPro a few months ago and cannot understand why the camera image is so grainy. I am embarrassed by the quality of the picture when on Zoom calls or any other app that requires video/camera. People have made several comments about the poor quality. I have wiped it down, so it is not because there is anything on the camera. It has been this way since day 1.

Has anyone experienced this and know of a solution? I spent a lot of money on this computer, and I am really disappointed.

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?

Seems you have a bug in your Mac. You have a one-year limited-warranty. So, rather than risk a dead Mac, take this into Apple.

Have Apple look into this. Start by contacting Apple***, and request that a Genius Bar Appointment be Reserved. You would take this to your Local Apple Store, during which the battery and all other necessities would be looked at.
