Camera on IPhone 12 Pro Max not focusing

Lucky for some as my entire 1x optical zoom doesnt focus not just the close up i cant even take a scenic shot without it being completely whack

Ive contacted my service provider they wont replace it...apple wont do anything!!! Its f**** pathetic tbh! Mine does the exact same no focus whatsoever and jitters like its having a seizure

I’m going to Apple store this weekend now that they’re open again.

Lucky! My network provider has said theres nothing they can fo about it and apple isnt doing anything so guess im stuck with a faulty product ive had less than a month

This is just ridiculous. The most expensive telephone I bought in my life is poorer than the Samsung I bought more than 10 years ago. What a shame.
