Audio output to Airport express, Apple TV model A1625, tv OS 14.2

I have a question about my Apple TV, model A1625, TV OS 14.2

To listen to my music, I have an airport express in between and from there an optical cable goes to my home cinema set.

Found out today that I can no longer choose where to send my audio.

Has that changed in TV OS 14? Does anyone know if this feature is still there and where I can find it or should I look for another solution?

And if I have to look for another solution, which one is it? Hope someone can help me out
