IOS 14 reduces volume

When I listen to music on bluetoothspeaker the phone reduces the volume since it doesn’t know it’s not headphones. Is it an setting issue or is it a iOS problem?

What happened is Apple removed the possibility to disable the european limits on dB, and it applies to all devices, not only headphones. The whole community is very disappointed.
