My phone has been frozen on my snapchat app for about 30 minutes now, when I press the off button it doesn't switch off the lighting just dims and when I press the home button nothing happens.
My phone has been frozen on my snapchat app for about 30 minutes now, when I press the off button it doesn't switch off the lighting just dims and when I press the home button nothing happens. Does anyone know if I can fix it?
