I am receiving warnings that my free 5GB of storage is going to expire and photos will not load, etc. I have purchased a 200 GB storage a year ago. How do I sync this storage to all my devices?

I have a 200 GB of iCloud storage plan but am receiving warnings that my 5GB of free iCloud storage will soon expire and my photos will no longer load. Please help me sync my iPad, phone, and laptops to this storage plan.

If you are receiving such warnings then it sounds like you never did successfully sign up for a 200GB iCloud storage subscription. Check -- Check your iCloud storage usage online or on any device - Apple Support, see the section titled 'Check your iCloud storage on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch'.
