Mail is not an instant messaging app. You send an email and it gets delivered when the nodes between you and the recipient get it there. Setting a future date/time would not guarantee it will arrive when you expect it to.
This extension requires a monthly fee - no thanks.
I'm not looking to have it received at a specific time, but to send at a later time.
