How do I schedule a delivery or delay delivery in Apple Mail?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12
Mail is not an instant messaging app. You send an email and it gets delivered when the nodes between you and the recipient get it there. Setting a future date/time would not guarantee it will arrive when you expect it to.
This extension requires a monthly fee - no thanks.
I'm not looking to have it received at a specific time, but to send at a later time.

My point was that you won't see anything described in the article without that.

Did you download and install Mailbutler? The article is instructions for how to use it.
