Bumble Fraud

Trying very hard to have deleted, lete alone refunded, these Bumble and Bumble boost charges. i have been with my husband since this thing came on the market. I never ever signed up for it. I have received emails about a class action suit re the boost bills but how do i get any of it refunded?

It's possible I was receiving emails about the account but I sent them to junk thinking it was about the bumble hair product line. I don't actually know how long I've been paying for this service I never bought nor used.
