iPhone 12 Pro Max Issues

Happend to me also but not when gaming just from watching movies

I had heating, too right next to the camera lenses. Then software issues. As I packed it to send it back the phone was stuck with the apple logo on a black screen. No change, for three days.

I’ll order the replacement after they receive it next Tuesday ....

It’s a temporary hold until they receive the defective item but the man said things get lost in the mail sometimes so that’s my biggest issue. That and having to fork out another 1,300 for another phone it wasn’t damaged at all I have messages to prove it too. No water damage nothing like that it’s some type of glitch they said because the phone is great just can’t hear ppl unless it’s on speaker

So to answer your statement no I never dropped it never got it wet it came like that which they assured me some ppl had the same issue. Unfortunately I had to put down 1,300 on temporary hold to get a new one while waiting for them to receive the defective one. Yes I have apple care. That’s just how things are I’m not complaining just saying it sucks being that I wasn’t expecting this to happen to my brand new phone but hey it happens

I’m aware of this unfortunately I am disabled so I do everything online for now. Unless I have a family member around that can help me out. Hey, that’s the risk you take getting a new device during the first drop lol they haven’t got all the kinks sorted out yet.

Hello ! This is my first week with the iPhone 12 pro max. I’m issue are,

the volume is really low when I’m speaking. Flickering screen. And worst of all the audio sucks. There is alway and echo of my self through conversation. Music comes out poorly.(REVERBERATE) Nothing like my 10 xs Max speaker. I know it’s early. But the disappointment takes away my excitement for my new iPhone. I will be returning this new phone I really hope these issues are fix soon.

#3 happens to me. I checked every setting possible and randomly the area next to the camera gets super hot. I am really frustrated that with a premium phone like 12 pro max users are experiencing this?

of course you can replace it, send it back for repair but these are options that during a pandemic and a need for technology doesn’t make sense. Not to mention when they send you a replacement phone you KNOW it’s not going to be brand new like when you bought your original phone. They will claim it is but it never will be. Apple service is going way downhill. I’m a very disappointed loyal customer

My second 12 Pro Max is being shipped to me now. We'll see ... I will switch everything over like I did before, set it up, use it, waiting a couple of days before I switch my phone service with my carrier. That's the last thing so I still have my old phone to call Apple support if needed ....

i also have a problem kn mu camera. When i open the camera, its like there is a problem on sensor. It does blur,clear,blur,clear continuesly... and the night mode icon also popping and fading(loading?)...... why is my 12 pro max do this! Any recomendations?
