iPhone 12 Pro Max Issues

Hello, I have been using iPhone 12 Pro Max for a week, and noticed few things.

Volume. I connected my phone to my car and played music. I noticed the volume level is much less than when I connected my XR to the car. I need to turn up the volume much higher somehow on iPhone 12 Pro Max.
I noticed my screen a bit flickering sometimes. I think it happened when it was displaying a page with certain background color.
I also noticed that the phone was very hot when it was idle. It happened in the first couple of days. Hence, the battery drained very fast.

Do you also notice or experience these things on your IPhone 12 Pro Max?

Replacement phone won’t fix the issue. I got a replacement phone and it still has the stuttering issue.

I bought mine from Best Buy and they brought out a new phone when I exchanged it.

Absolutely. We are troubleshooting for them. I had volume issues and they told me to return to Best Buy. That has improved, but still not acceptable

Yeah, Apple doesn't care. You bought the phone and now they are onto the next phone development.

Only one thing I don’t understand. Apple say that it is software problem, then why some devices are working properly and others are just having issues? Shouldn’t they all be the same?
