Big Sur issues finding personal hotspot from iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Since upgrading to Big Sur, my 2018 Macbook Pro has difficulty finding my personal hotspot from my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I need to repeatedly turn on and off my personal hotspot and Wi-Fi from my Macbook Pro and eventually it finds it. This was not an issue on Catalina. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem? Is there a solution yet? Thank you.
