iPhone screen has light rainbow lines all over it

my iphone screen has light rainbow lines all over it, even when i reset my phone, it looks the same. i haven't dropped it, so i don't know what happened

Green lines in the screen I have an Iphone X. When I bought it, it looked fine and there was nothing wrong with it. However green lines started showing on my screen. Screen issue on ipad pro I accidentally dropped a glass on the screen of my ipad and now have color stripes on side of the screen. Sometimes can see parts of the screen, but sometimes it goes black (stripes stay). Any advice if anything can be done to fix it?
