I have the LG Monitor lg27gl850 and the MacBook pro m1. On 144hz the screen is flattering. 120hz is working! I used a hdmi cable with a displayport to usb c adapter. I don't know if this is a issue with m1, monitor or maybe the adapter?!
Any ideas?
I have the M1 Macbook Air, using Xiaomi 34 inch curve monitor.
I can get 144hz @ 3440 by 1440p using a 8k 60hz, 4k 144hz displayport 1.4 to usbc cable.
I can’t see why M1 Mac mini cannot.
It's working now. I changed some settings on the monitor and now it's fine.
Hi, do you mind sharing what settings you changed? I am having the same problem with my 850 as well.
Hey, you have to turn off adaptive sync and set aspect ratio to "just scan". than it should work.
Best regards
Hey, I’ve got the exact same setup
could you please send me the cable page on Amazon or on its website?
I’m looking for a cable which supports both my m1 Mac mini and mi 34” Curved gaming monitor
Thanks! It totally worked!
