Blue location dot is missing on Maps

After updating to iOS 14, my blue exact location dot went missing. Only The larger blue circle is there. I have iPad 6th gen. I am now on ver 14.2 .

my settings location is on and set to “while using app”

Apple maps search suggestions not working All the apple devices I've had so far have suggested locations as I type in the search bar of the maps app however, my iphone 11 - ever since I bought it, it has never worked. I've either had to type the whole address before pressing search or just had to google the location (for spelling etc.) and copy it into the search bar. It's a minor thing but it's so inconvenient when I'm trying to search for suggestions and nothing comes up as I type. Attached are photos from 1. my old iphone 7 that shows suggestions and 2. iphone 11 that does not

My location on my navigation apps is not working g correctly I bought an iPad mini 6. When I try to use the navigation apps it doesn’t sync correctly with my location or movement. In the Apple Maps it shows a blue instead circle instead of an arrow. All the navigation apps lag and don’t show my location in real time. It doesn’t matter what my Wi-Fi source is.
