My mouse is always clicking right, there is no left chick available

What can do to have the left click of my mouse that disappeared? It does not work. at all. Wherever I touch only the right click comes. Whatever the mouse I use always the mouse uses shows the right click function.

I can't click down on my mouse to use the right click. Left click works fine but just not able to click at all on the right. I suddenly can't click anymore on the right side of my mouse. Left is fine. I know I can use Ctrl and left click to get the same result, but it was working fine before. To me, I think something inside of the mouse itself is wrong but not sure.
