Update credit card for iCloud storage payment

I got a notice from you that I need to update my credit card information for extra iCloud storage. I got a new card. I followed the instructions on how to update the card on my iPad, but a blank screen came up when I tapped “payments”. Tried several times, but same thing happened each time.

update payment information I am trying to either add or change my credit card information but my phone is not giving me the option to add a payment or edit the card information. I cant remove my current info because I have an ongoing subscription for additional icloud storage.

Can’t update credit card I keep getting messages saying my credit card details need to be updated for my iCloud storage , iTunes etc to continue but when I put in the new details I get told the card already is in the system. It’s the same card details as I’ve always had - just a new expiry date. Can someone help?

I also changed my Apple ID password.
