Full size pic for incoming call on Iphone 12pro

When my phone rings -> the picture is small and I want it to be a full screen size. I did so many adjustments and still no luck. What could be a problem?

Hi AnaZe20,

Check to see if the photos are in Portrait mode and not Landscape. If you already have a photo associated with the contact, select the contact in the Contacts App. Tap Edit under the contact's photo. Make a slight adjustment to the photo by moving it slight, enlarging a little, reducing it a little, etc. Any minor change should work. The next time you receive a call from that contact, it should be full screen.

Hi Less, followed all recommendations and it did work for a first call, then asked my friend to call me again and again doesn’t work. That’s very weird and don’t know what to do anymore

Hi Anaze20,

We see that you would like the photo to appear in full screen when the iPhone rings. Go to Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls. If it is set to Banner, tap on it and change to Full Screen. Hope this helps.
