How to recover my apple id/email.. i cannot access my old email. & i feel like my phone not secure anymore. How to check if someone hacking my device
Your phone cannot be hacked!
Your Appleid can only be accessed if you gave away your password .
If so Change it now.
change your appleID password.

If you cannot access it because whoever got it has changed your password then you may never recover it so contact apple support here: Get Support
