Citibank and E*TRADE apps won’t open on this new phone. Any suggestions ?

Contact the Developers:

If something is unsuccessfully opening, then contact the developers to find out what the issue is. It might be that incompatibility is the issue.

To do So:

  1. Go To: each company’s home page,
  2. Open: a “Contact Us” link (usually a tab or the bottom of the homepage)
  3. Proceed from there as necessary.
