Transferring AppleCare to newest iPhone

If i have AppleCare on my iPhone now, would i be able to transfer it to my newest iPhone? My AppleCare is already fully paid.

No. You call AppleCare Plan Administration and cancel the plan you have on your current phone. Apple will refund the pro-rated amount you paid for but won't use. Then you buy a new plan for the new phone.
