I just got my beats flex HOW DO I CHARGE???

I don't know how to charge my beats flex. the cord has the same connector on each side. one side does plug into the beats but I have no idea what to plug in the other side to it does not match with anything else to plug it into it doesn't fit in to my computer or any power source please help I am pretty tech savvy and my son has beats and my husband has Bose theres plug into a normal power adaptor I'm so confused and I have looked up videos on google they don't show where to plug it in, I can't find an answer HELP ! Please !!!

You have to buy a usb c to USB adapter or cable, you can get the adapter on Amazon for like $6.29 or a cable for like $10-16

I’m currently on my 3rd replacement since the first arrived totally dead and uncharitable. 2nd pair arrived and only worked 2.5 hours of the expected 12 hrs.

Someone at AT&T should’ve mentioned this cute little adapter issue 😓

after trying every adapter and charging station in the house and thinking my Flex Beats must be broke , although I had a suspension that the adapter was different but I didn’t know what would fit it .

Glad I’m not the only one and now I’ve ordered the USB-C adapter, also on the iPhone 12 lighting charging cord that comes with the phone in the box , the other end is a USB-C . But other cords will work .

I bought beats flex yesterday and came upon this conversation in search of an answer to the same question. Turns out the jack on the beats flex is perfectly compatible with the cord to the newer android... 🤔

They don’t supply the wall charger. Absolutely ridiculous!! They want you to purchase that too. It can plug-in to the side of my Mac computer but what about my vehicle??!!. I bought 2 brand new pairs and both pair did not work. The batteries were dead upon opening the box. Good luck. I’d send them back I called that junk. If you buy something that needs charging to work then supply the charger. But to me, it’s just common knowledge

There will be a short USB-C to USB-C Cable in the box through that you can charge your Beats Flex using USB-C Power Adapter.
