Hi , How do I change my iphone ringing tone to a song I purchased on itunes?

You cannot change it to a song purchased on iTunes, unless you purchased a Ringtone on iTunes. See this, Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
