How do I stop my iPhone 6s from recording my calls ever since last iOS update I have an orange dot beside my battery percentage my understanding is some app or something is using my mic I have everything turned off but can’t stop it need help please and thanks

Your phone is not recording your calls.
The orange dot is an indicator that the microphone is in use.
If you are on a phone call, of course the microphone is in use.

Thanks it just started after last download google told me an app was using it
Ever since new download my phone is recording all my calls orange dot beside my battery percentage on I phone 6s can’t figure out how to stop it need help please and thanks
