Spotlight shortcut doesn't work

After updating my MacBook Pro 2016 to Big Sur, the shortcut for the Spotlight stopped working. It's also doesn't work with any other key combinations, I've tried to change. The spotlight works by itself (from the menu bar), but it's seems impossible to open Spotlight with any keyboard shortcut.

Any suggestions?

Reboot several times after a major upgrade...

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot as normal and test as caches get rebuilt.

You can always re-install the macOS on top of your existing macOS to sort anomalies
