Hi there,
Spotlight just stopped working on my M1 MacBook Air.
It won't show up with my usual keyboard shortcut and won't work either when I click on the magnifying glass on the taskbar.
How can I get it back working ?

I went ahead and created a new user & scrapped the old one.
Kind of a hardcore way of dealing with the issue, but since all my data is in the cloud it only took me 2 minutes to do it.

Did you try restarting your mac?
Yes, both in regular and safe mode. Re-indexed Spotlight as well. Nothing will do, Spotlight just won't launch.
Also logged into my sons session and Spotlight works over there.
