Location Services always on

I have the iPhone 12 mini and just performed the iOS upgrade to version 14.2.1 and now my location services indicator is showing up constantly. When I go to the settings to see which app is using my location, I don’t see the purple indicator on any of them. I even killed all my running apps and removed the weather widget from my screen. It’s still showing up and won’t go away. I even restarted my phone to no avail. Only way to make it go away completely is to turn off location services. Please help.

If you go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, are you seeing any app that show "Always" for location services? See more about that here: Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
