How to restore health data I accidentally deleted?

Yesterday, I accidentally deleted a lot of health data from my phone. I know health data is backed up in iCloud. Is there anyway I can restore the health data from a few days ago?

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

Once deleted from iCloud, it's permanently gone.

Lost Health Data Up until a couple of days ago my Health App showed all my data. However the only data is the very last I entered. My tablet is still there, but no longer prompts me to take it. Health data missing Hi, I used to have about 4 years of Health data in my iPhone which suddenly disappeared the other day at like 4am. Now I cannot see any history other than the last 3 days. When I look in iCloud backups I can see there is 200MB data but I don’t know how to get it back. Any help would be most appreciated.
