This iPhone does no support SIM card please I need help

The phone is carrier locked. Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. Contact them.

The phone can only be used with one specific carrier. Not the one you are trying to use.

If you don't know what cellular carrier it's locked to, ask whoever you got it from or call Apple Care and give them the serial number.
