iCloud verification code not received

Hello! I did restore my iPhone through iTunes today morning. Then I unlocked my phone using my iCloud address ****@ gmail.com . To get the backup data I again used my iCloud address. At that time it required two factors verification from the number +****. But, I couldn’t get the sms or the phone call to the particular number. The iCloud ****@ outlook.com is also verified by the same number and when i login with it, the verification code is sent. I couldn’t login through my iCloud address. I couldn’t reach my data. Verification code cannot be received. What could I do to login ?
