Find my Phone - play sound does not work
I log into iCloud with a new iPhone, connected to the network, and I can see the phone on the map, but the Play Sound does not work.

Are you certain the device is connected to WiFi or a cellular network -- Play a sound on a device with Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support?
