iTunes Store music preview

Using my iMac, I used to be able to preview albums available from the iTunes Store (so that I could decide whether or nor to buy them) while using Apple Music. I can preview them on my iPad if I use the iTunes Store App (rather than Apple Music) but I cannot find an iTunes Store App for the iMac. Any idea how I get to preview music available from th iTunes Store on an iMac running macOS Big Sur?

The system is designed to nudge you into Apple Music, but you can still preview and buy once you get into the Store. Follow carefully the steps in here:
