iTunes freezes (crashes) when trying to download purchased music
Hello -
My iTunes on my PC crashes or freezes when trying to download purchased music. Sometimes the crash occurs by simply opening the album to download, mostly it is when I click on the download "cloud" icon. Everything freezes resulting in a hard restart of the laptop.
I have updated iTunes and Windows 10 to most current updates available. I have turned off third party security measures. I have added iTunes and Bonjour as apps allowed to function through the Windows Defender firewall.
I am at a loss. I would like to access my purchases through my PC . What can I do to fix this issue.
