Remove from "Open With" menu

I have a couple of apps which have been uninstalled but they still show in the context menu when I right-click a filename and select "Open With."

In my case, IINA and Winamp. How can I completely remove them?

If these applications have been thoroughly removed from your Mac, then reboot into Safe Boot mode. The operating system will reconstruct the LaunchServices database, and following a normal reboot, the two applications should no longer be on your Open With sub-menu.

If safe mode didn't help.

To rebuild LaunchServices database which rebuilds openWith List

run below command in terminal:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
