After big sur upgrade final cut pro export movie keeps failing ERROR MSG in the details

Try resetting the FCP X preferences.

Hold Option-Command as you launch FCP X, then re-open your Library.

Also, does FCP X have permission for Full Disc Access in the System Settings>Privacy?

Change your Timecode in the FCP X preferences to Frames, then locate frame 18443 in the Timeline.

Something is quirky at that spot.

It happening to all my video after the Big Sur update. its not jsut this file. now when I try to export the same file it fails instantly.
