Will charging Time be slower if iPad charger is plugged into a 6ft extension cord

If using an Apple cable, the 6’ (2m) cables usually use a heavier gauge cable than the 3’ (1m) cables.
The heavier gauge copper cables (with larger conductor cross section) help to reduce the voltage drop due to conductor resistance. Using the appropriate cables, you should not experience any noticeable difference in charging time when using the same Power Adapter.
