If I delete Outlook on my iPhone, does it affect the Outlook on my Win10 PC. They are duplicates with all of the emails.

When you delete the app it will delete the data from your phone, but sinc the app is gone it can’t sync the deleted data to the server.
When it says "Deleting this app will also delete its data", does that include the email?
