How to Disable Voice Auto Text on iPhone 12 using 14.2.1

I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 14.2. 1can't make the phone stop inserting what I say out loud when I am trying to type text. I have gone to settings-general-keyboard and disabled dictation, and I have gone to settings-accessibility-spoken content-typing feedback and disabled speak Auto-text, but neither of these works. With both settings disabled, the phone continues transcribing and inserting whatever words it hears. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Nafidel,

It seems you're having trouble with your iPhone keyboard and we can help.

Normally, if you have dictation enabled you will see a small icon on your keyboard for a microphone, then your iPhone will switch to accepting voice input. What do you see on your keyboard instead of that? You shouldn't see the microphone if dictation is disabled, and dictation should only enable anyway when you tap the microphone.

Do you not see a keyboard on screen ever? Are you using a third party keyboard app?

Here's more info that might help:
