My iCloud storage is almost full.

I know about this.

I am aware of this.

Thanks. I don't care.

I don't have to read emails and notifications in my iPhone about this every single week.

iCloud is a "special" app, so I can't disable notifications for it. Neither can I opt-out of emails.

I don't want to put an "apple.com" domain under a spam filter.

I just want to be able to opt-out of unwanted notifications and use my phone in peace.

How do I do that?
