I spilled wine on my keyboard. I immediately turned it off, wiped off the liquid, flipped it upside down, and placed it next to my dehumidifier. I plan to keep it off for at least 48 hours. What else can I do? Is it worth bringing somewhere for cleaning before trying to turn it on?

Wine is acidity beverage. You would need to replace all of parts of your MacBook Pro at retail Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
