Has the individual payment method issue STILL not been solved yet? Why can’t another adult use their own card for their own purchases? Gift cards are fine for kids, adults need a better solution. This has been a major flaw for years. When will it be fixed

Nothing to solve or fix. It is a feature of Family Sharing and not likely to change.

Your family members can redeem iTunes Gift Cards to their accounts that will be charged before your method of payment.
