Fedex failed to deliver my iPhone and returned it to apple, but the status says delivered.
I ordered an iPhone more than a week ago, and it has been returned to apple with this tracking info "Shipper requested shipment to be returned - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper".
On the fedex tracking system it's returned to apple on Nov 20, however on the apple order status it says "delivered", which is weird since It's not delivered but returned.
I did start a return process so now the status says "Please send this item back to Apple", but still no clue of getting refund. What should I do?
