Voiceover on Can't unlock

I have an iPhone 6s+ just upgraded to 14.2 or 3. Forced me to change password to letters/#'s. How to enter letters with Voiceover on to unlock screen? I'm blind and really stuck. Please help ASAP.

I have a sighted person to help but we are really stuck. Does anyone have any ideas?
