4th Gen 2020 M1 Mac mini bluetooth issues with Magic Mouse2

Well, what I decided to do was download the beta of 11.2, and then everytime it happens, I'm sending in the feedback with the error.

For those of you who are interested, this is what shows up in the console:

It happens with a large list of errors every 3-4 seconds; I have verified that my 2013 Mac Pro, running Big Sur 11.1 (no, I won't risk 2 machines with a Beta ;), does not ever get these errors. (It's using a wired keyboard, Unified dongle with Logitech trackball - not using bluetooth).

Not sure what it all means.

I did see this in my settings as well but unfortunately it was already checked. I toggled it but am still having the same issue with both my bluetooth MagicTrackpad 2 and my keychron K1 keyboard. Both worked with my prior Mini and I use with my MacBook Pro

I've had the same problem with my new M1 Mac Mini. Both third-party and Apple's Bluetooth mice and keyboards had this problem, which seriously impaired my ability to work. The only way I could solve this was to connect a wired mouse and keyboard. I'm hoping that Apple produces a software fix.

So far so good, having installed Big Sur 11.2 this evening, with no Bluetooth disconnects yet - and already having installed iOS 14.4. Don't want to tempt fate though, but overall reports seem positive so far... 🤞🏻

24 hours since restarting my mac mini M1 and bluetooth magic mouse is working perfectly. Restarting has worked for me (so far!)

My MacBook Pro 13 M1 also has Bluetooth issues with MX Master 3 (lag, lack of precision) and AirPods Pro (connection breaks). Apple please fix this soon!

What is the unifying receiver? Sorry I am unfamiliar with that term. By the way I think I cured the Safari hanging on some page loads by adding the extension ABP add blocker extension.

i had the same Bluetooth problem when I first got the mini. Since rebooting a week ago I’ve had no problems with Bluetooth. ,

Try the latest Big Sur 11.1 public beta. I believe it is a release candidate. Worked for me. Seems to have solved my issues with Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Trackpad.

Is there any updating his/ her Mac to macOS 11.1? Can the new OS solve the BT connection problem?

M1 Mac Mini user here. At least for me the connection problems I was experiencing with an Apple Magic 2 keyboard and Trackpad appear to have be fixed by resetting the Bluetooth module.

That didn't work for me, but I have an original Magic Keyboard and an original Magic Mouse.

It did not happen with my MacBook Pro 16-inch with Big Sur. It is now happening with same Magic Mouse on my new M1 Mac Mini 16/1 TB.

no...turned off WiFi on the Mac. And by the way...I spoke too soon...I got thro 20 mins but then had a disconnection. But its much better than the 3-5 mins I was getting before.
