I was using my iPhone XS Max and it shut off wouldn’t respond not even to it charging .org needing charged I left it alone on the black screen for about 15 hours and finally when I was holding the up volume and unlock it came up as was dead And needed to Ben plugged in but with 2 green lines on the right side of the screen?

1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
(3) If that does not help your phone might need service ➔ Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
