Is there an updated link to download MacOS 13 High Sierra from the updates server? The link to download it on the "How to get old versions of MacOS" doesn't work.

I need to download the MacOS 10.13 "High Sierra" installer in order to access an older Time Machine backup. The link for it on the "How to get old versions of macOS" support page doesn't work. The link for Sierra does work. I'm pretty sure they have moved High Sierra to the same update server but haven't updated the link. Can anyone respond with the correct link?
