Airpods Won’t Allow Apple Care

Hi Pip’s,

So just before I bought my AirPod Pro’s off the Apple App, I found the ‘Apple Store’ on ‘Amazon’. I’ve never had a bad experience with Amazon and believe that the store is genuine(?). I saved about £25 (30€).

I bought these on 14 October & believes that I had 90 days to buy Apple Care, but when I enter the serial number (from the AirPod settings/case number), it kicked me off telling me “this item is not eligible”.

Does think mean I have another flaming fake from an Apple Store on Amazon?
