Are you seeing this behavior with all Contacts, or are some of your saved contacts showing as expected? Are you still able to view the correct names in the Contacts app? If you're only noticing this with some contacts, check that all the accounts you use for Contacts are showing in Settings > Contacts > Accounts. It could also be that the caller isn't sharing their caller ID information.
