No green camera light, System Information>camera>"No Video Capture Devices Detected"

Already reset the SMC according to Apple help website (hold Shift,Control,Option & Power for 10 seconds while off)

MPB 2017 touchbar, 4 Thunderbolt ports

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi,

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something which is related camera(NDC001, NDC003, NDC004, NDC005, NDC006)
